THE MERCHANT OF VENICE

HSC Shakespeare Revision for Year 12, led by NIDA-trained actor and performer Nick Gell.

Two hours with someone who has spent his career inside these texts. Nick has performed Shakespeare professionally with the Australian Shakespeare Company, and has taught drama at NIDA Open for over a decade. He knows how Shakespeare works on the page, on the stage, and in an exam, having delivered modules on HSC Shakespeare texts for SCECGS Redlands and Belmore Girls' High School.

These sessions work through the Shakespeare plays on the current HSC syllabus - unpacking language, character, themes and dramatic structure in a way that's clear, practical, fun and genuinely useful.

Ask the questions you can't ask in class. Leave with gold you can actually use in your essays and assessments.

Small groups. Five sessions across the July school holidays - book one or all five. Bring your own copy of your prescribed text to make notes.
