Years 11 and 12 bring new demands for students.

Longer study hours, increased pressure and busy schedules can affect focus, energy and emotional balance, while extended periods of sitting can also create postural strain.

Join Chiropractor Dr Louis Jen and Kinesiologist & Breathwork Practitioner Nicole Murray for a free practical workshop exploring how chiropractic care, kinesiology and breathwork can support students during the senior school years.

Together, we’ll look at the role of posture, breathing and body awareness, and explore simple techniques students can use during study and before assessments.

Students will take away practical tools they can use throughout the school year, while parents will gain insight into ways to support their teen through the demands of Years 11 and 12.

This free workshop is open to students in Years 11 and 12 and their parents.
