Event description

HSC is the perfect time to focus on wellbeing and self-care. Join us at Warringah Mall Library for a student support workshop, hosted by Lifeline.

Focusing on self-care, this workshop will help you to de-stress and improve your focus and brain function to optimise your performance in the lead up to exams.

Learn about:

  • Fixed versus Growth mindset
  • Positive psychology
  • Self-care strategies 
  • Reduce stress and optimise brain health and performance

Wednesday 2 October, 2 - 3 pm, Warringah Mall Library Multifunction room

Aimed at year 11 and 12 students.
