2025 Health and Safety Representatives (HSR) Forum

Welcome to the 2025 Health and Safety Representatives (HSR) Forum hosted by SafeWork SA in conjunction with SA Unions, the SA Business Chamber and ReturnToWorkSA.

Held during National Safe Work Month, the forum will bring together HSRs from across the state to share experiences and hear the latest updates to expand their HSR knowledge.

The Forum will be held at Adelaide Pavilion on Thursday, 2 October 2025 and will include the presentation of the SafeWork SA HSR of the Year Award.

The free event will include lunch and sessions with SafeWork SA and industry experts on:

• the HSR Strategy and your feedback

• latest updates from your safety regulator

• a case study on Provisional Improvement Notices (PINs)

• panel discussions on managing psychosocial hazards

• the HSR of the Year Award ceremony

• networking sessions to connect with other HSRs.

The forum and award are part of SafeWork SA’s HSR Strategy. Find the strategy and support for your role at the HSR Hub.

HSR Forum details:

• Forum: Doors open at 8.00am for 9am start

• Networking session to follow the forum at 3pm

• Location: Adelaide Pavilion – Parkview Room (Veale Gardens, cnr South Terrace & Peacock Road, Adelaide, SA, 5000)

• Dress Code: Smart casual

• Lunch provided

• Registration closes: 22 September 2025, 5pm
