A Fundraiser for PTSD DOGS AUSTRALIA Ltd, a local not-for-profit organisation that rescue ‘death row’ dogs from pounds and shelters, and train them to become loyal and supportive Assistance Dogs for Veterans & First Responders with PTSD.
The demand for these dogs is as astounding, as it is tragic.
We do not receive any Govt funding and rely solely on Sponsorships, Grants, Donations and Corporate Partnerships, and are almost run entirely by a team of 20+ volunteers!
Receiving an Assistance Dog can be utterly life-changing and in some cases, even LIFE-SAVING!
Our Assistance Dogs are provided at NO COST to their Handlers, plus we provide lifetime support to each PTSD Assistance Dog and their handler.
The fun morning tea will help raise much-needed funds, to help us continue to carry out the vital work that we do, rescuing dogs, who rescue Veterans and First Responders.
