So many of us struggle during winter, approaching it with dread, hoping we can grit our teeth and get through to spring. What if there was a different way to experience winter?

In this workshop, we’ll explore how we can move beyond survival in winter. We’ll look at practical ways we can bring nourishment where we expect scarcity, find contentment rather than despair, and discover the unique gifts that winter has to offer.

We’ll explore how to come through winter nourished, restored and renewed — rather than simply relieved that it’s over.
