These Workshop-Retreats combine elements of wellness, neuroscience, and of course meditative practices. This includes elements from neuroscientific research and other investigative fields; provides efficient techniques and methods of meditation; and develops a framework to establish and maintain regular practice. Using a simplified neuro-anatomical model through which to deepen meditative practices, the retreat space supports participants in our personal journeys.

ROOMS - there are a number of rooms with bunk beds, and three rooms with queen-sized beds for couples. As a retreat space, the venue is designed as to accommodate more individuals than we have booked. Still, be aware that the shared room available is shared, with most rooms having four bunk beds.

IMPORTANT: note that the cost for the weekend is $450. Registration of $300 through this website will need to be supplemented by a balance (of $150) on arrival. No cancellation refund will be issued if made after the 15th April, and any balance owed will need to be paid.
