Interpreting Our Heritage
ICOMOS Aotearoa New Zealand and Historic Places Aotearoa are holding a joint conference in Napier, New Zealand, on the theme of Interpreting Heritage.
New Zealand’s rich cultural heritage and history has been packaged, presented, and interpreted for over 100 years. Much has changed in this time - the audience, the purpose, the technology and method.
What has driven these changes? Have the changes been successful?
Our conference will address this theme through papers, discussions and fieldtrips.
