Spring Renewal — Yin, Reiki & Sound Healing

An evening of deep relaxation, gentle healing and new beginnings.

As spring unfolds, take a moment to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

Join us at The Buddha Bar Glebe for a nourishing 90-minute experience combining Yin Yoga, Reiki and Sound Healing, thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, release tension and restore a sense of balance.

Following the October New Moon, this special evening invites you to embrace the energy of renewal, set gentle intentions and create space for fresh beginnings.
