Guided Nature Therapy Walk

Join me on a three hour guided Nature Therapy Walk in the lovely location of Natural Bridge located close to the NSW/QLD border on Private Property consisting of 164 acres of lush rainforest, natural bushland and creek beds. 

This is a silent guided Nature Therapy Walk to support you to slow down and re-connect with yourself and your surroundings.  There will be group gatherings after each invitation for sharing of experiences.  Followed by a tea ceremony with snacks.
