Join us at West HQ for the inaugural Western Sydney Oyster Festival - a month-long celebration of shucking good food, aquaculture legends, and affordable indulgence, right in the heart of Western Sydney.
Throughout August, the Eat St dining precinct transforms into an oyster lover’s dream, serving up signature Sydney Rock Oysters four ways, straight-from-the-source farmer sessions, and a precinct-wide celebration on World Oyster Day (5 August).

Meet the farmers behind the flavour every Sunday in August. Proudly supplied by East 33, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look (and taste) at some of NSW’s best Sydney Rock Oysters.
