Its a variety show with Issy Coomber AND very special guests, his friends!!!!!

After an incredible debut season at Adelaide Fringe 2026, 'Issy Coomber: Assigned Puppet At Birth' has been given the opportunity to perform in Sydney as a part of QTopia Sydney Pride Fest. It is simply so exciting and heartwarming to see theatre centred on queer and trans joy be able to continue making an impact.

However, getting a cabaret to another state is no small feat, and that is where 'A Night With Issy (and friends!)' comes in!

'A Night With Issy (and friends!)' is a variety show fundraising to bring 'Issy Coomber: Assigned Puppet At Birth' to Sydney. Hosted by Issy Coomber themself, 'A Night With Issy (and friends!)' is everything you loved about their debut cabaret, but this time they get to do it with other people on stage!

Featuring singing, dancing, acting, magic, burlesque and more, 'A Night With Issy (and friends!)' aims to show just how talented and sacred the arts community is in Adelaide. As someone who was not born here, Issy has never seen a more beautiful example of chosen family than through the community built in Adelaide. You will never meet a group of people more accepting, loving and good at what they do. It would be a privilege to show you just how good these people are and allow you to join this family, just as he has been lucky enough to.
