Hello and welcome to the world of YIN + Reformer.

After many years of practicing both Yin yoga and Reformer pilates I decided to take the plunge and pursue my passion and make it my career, and here we are combining both these wonderful forms of movement to create YIN + Reformer.

I truly am passionate about healing through movement and honouring the body in a holistic and supportive way. Our bodies are a beautiful and sacred space to carry us through this time on Earth, let's honour them by moving and nourishing them with positive movement and nutrition to fuel our mind body and souls.

I welcome you to come as you are, surrender into this practice to find stillness, honour your breath and melt into yourself.
