Welcome to The Culture of Wellbeing in Sport Conference!

Culture is not a program.

It is the environment we create.

The conversations we encourage.

The experiences people have every day.

A one-day conference for anyone working in sport who wants to build environments and programs that consider everyone inside them.

The conference will explore how culture influences athlete wellbeing, mental health, career development and belonging, while equipping attendees with practical approaches to strengthen the environments they lead and support.
