This 3-hour workshop uses yoga and guided reflection to help you unearth what used to light you up, work through what's holding you back, and take small, practical steps toward your next adventure.

About your facilitator

Em is the founder of Little Glimmer, a yoga community built on a love of philosophy and caring for the nervous system. A certified yoga instructor and accredited Menopause Yoga teacher, she spent over 10 years facilitating journey mapping workshops and ideation sessions before finding yoga — helping clients see the big picture and hone in on what mattered most to them. She's a good listener — playful, philosophical, and nurturing — and has a gift for bringing just the right slice of wisdom at just the right time.
