Forget all you heard about wine tastings.

Here wine isn’t judged but felt, cutting down the jargon and BS. We invite you to come and join us with an open mind.

Led by French-born, Sydney-based sommelier Amandine Fournier (20+ years in the game), this guided experience takes you beyond the swirl-and-sniff.

But how?

Each wine becomes a portal: to places, a feeling, a forgotten part of yourself.

Over two immersive hours, we’ll explore 5 handpicked wines — not by scorecards or varietal charts, but through taste, touch, smell, sound, and storytelling.

Vinesthesia is:

• A wine tasting with soul

• A sensory exploration where no answer is wrong

• A moment to connect — with yourself, with others, and with what’s in the glass

Expect to be blown away by rediscovering everyday aromas, through playful games, quiet moments, shared discoveries, maybe even goosebumps.

Whether you’re wine curious, wine fluent, or wine fatigued; come as you are. Leave a little transformed.
