Join We Are Mindful Movement for our next guided Breathwork Workshop in Cranbourne West, designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your breath, body and attention.

This is not about forcing the breath or pushing yourself. It is about learning simple, practical breathing techniques that can help create a greater sense of calm, focus, body awareness and regulation.

During the session, you’ll be guided through a progressive series of breathing practices, relaxation techniques and moments of stillness. Everything is explained clearly and you are encouraged to work at your own pace.

Whether you are completely new to breathwork or already use breathing techniques as part of your wellbeing routine, this workshop offers a supportive space to explore your breath more deeply.
