This course is open to ALL LEVELS ~ to begin or process your hoop journey!
A fun way to entertain our inner child {or our actual children} and learn some new tricks.
This course is focussed on fluidity and flow. Weaving together tricks with seamless transitions.
Hula hooping is GREAT cardio, helps to activate both sides of the brain, increases mobility in the spine, and it's simply FUN!
Hula hoops will be provided, but if you have your own please bring it!
Every Tuesday for the month of April.
