On Thursday, 9 December, Isaias Hernandez will lead an honest conversation about the common challenges in leading design thinking with cross-functional teams, including how to overcome them.
An interactive group discussion will follow, where you can share your challenges and receive support from our Design for Humans community.
Isaias is a leader in design thinking, with credentials from Carnegie Mellon University, UC San Diego and IDEO. He currently is a Senior Experience Design Specialist with Flinders University and has previously worked with the City of Adelaide, DIT and Walmart in Mexico.
