    Event description

Join us for our guest lecture Human-Centred Future of Work and AI!

Artificial Intelligence and automation are driving the ongoing 4th industrial revolution. While this brings profits for business owners, this development is seen to result to massive layoffs and societal crisis. No wonder ILO, IEEE, and European Commission now call for human-centred future of work and prioritization of human wellbeing in the 5th industrial revolution. In this talk, Virpi Roto shares her vision of human-centred future of work with AI and automated systems. Taking a design perspective, she discusses ethical guidelines for AI design and provides design guidance for human wellbeing.
