It's Winter ICE BATH time! These events during winter are for the strongest amongst you!

Jump into the cold on Saturday 26th June, for an EPIC morning at Hillarys Boat Harbour.

To qualify for your FREE ticket we ask for each person to join us at a morning dip at The Human Excellence Project, but this time we are wanting new people to experience the magic of the freezing cold ice.

We'll start with Marcel Hof Method Breath Work, then Priming & finally jump into the freezing ICE Bath followed by a dip in the ocean.

Putting all the daily hard work together! This is why we do the Monday morning meditations and Wednesday breathwork sessions . To get ourselves ready for tough challenges! This is just one of them occasions.

Then jump into the ocean with us to celebrate how wonderful life is!

ALL THIS FOR FREE for the community!

Please get there at 6:30am sharp. We will need each participant to sign a waver.

This will be one amazing experience, especially by the beach at sunrise! Come and join us.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, a towel and an open mind to experience some serious challenging growth x
