How do we optimize the way we live? Understanding our emotional reactions and choosing productive responses is critical. From how we engage with our work to how we interact with family.

Our human intelligence with our ability to discern, decide, relate, and collaborate is what will allow us to flourish in the future.

The Human Intelligence Program is designed to help you open your perspective to ways to sustain focus and attention to things that are important to you as well as to support the way you communicate and collaborate.

This program is an intensive program to introduce practices and approaches that can be practiced and used throughout your life. It combines neuroscience, traditional contemplative practices, and modern applications. It allows you to unlock the full range of your own human intelligence.

We will be exploring:

- Awareness and discernment

- Regulating emotions

- Choosing productive responses

- Improved communications

- Handling conflicts

- Staying resilient

Please join us in this joint exploration of how to access the best parts of ourselves and provide ourselves access to our human intelligence.
