Join us for a night of vintage drum machines, reverb-laden guitars and obsolete data storage mediums as Human Intrusion celebrate the release of their Fission E.P. at the Grace Darling Bandroom alongside No Statues and Cold Regards.

Available for the first time on the night, we will be giving out copies of the physical release on 3.5” floppy disk.

HUMAN INTRUSION is the project of duo Lewis O’Brien and Penny Walker-Keefe, Human Intrusion has been built on a steady diet of The Cure, Depeche Mode, and The Chameleons. And while the band’s sound is undeniably shaped by these foundations of 80s post-punk and new wave. The result is a sound that is distinctly their own – rooted in the past yet boldly forward-thinking.

NO STATUES are a three-piece band from Naarm (Melbourne) who seek to invoke the synthetic textures of new wave with melodies of vintage synth pop, driven by the metallic backbeat of zoom drum machine.

COLD REGARDS are a Naarm based 2 piece specialising in dystopian pop from the icy urban tundra

The Grace Darling Hotel was constructed in 1854 and retains its original architectural build. Thus, the Band Room & Basement are regrettably not wheelchair accessible. The Main Bar level is wheelchair accessible.
All bathrooms at the Grace Darling Hotel are gender neutral (Located on the Atrium level (4 steps), and in the upstairs Band Room)

No strobe lighting or strobing visuals.
