Join us for a night of vintage drum machines, reverb-laden guitars and obsolete data storage mediums as 𝑯𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 celebrate the release of their Fission E.P. at the Grace Darling Bandroom alongside 𝑵𝒐 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒆𝒔 and 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒔.

Available for the first time on the night, we will be giving out copies of the physical release on 3.5” floppy disk.

𝗛𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 is the project of duo Lewis O’Brien and Penny Walker-Keefe, Human Intrusion has been built on a steady diet of The Cure, Depeche Mode, and The Chameleons. And while the band’s sound is undeniably shaped by these foundations of 80s post-punk and new wave. The result is a sound that is distinctly their own – rooted in the past yet boldly forward-thinking.

𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗘𝗦 are a three-piece band from Naarm (Melbourne) who seek to invoke the synthetic textures of new wave with melodies of vintage synth pop, driven by the metallic backbeat of zoom drum machine.

The Grace Darling Hotel was constructed in 1854 and retains its original architectural build. Thus, the Band Room & Basement are regrettably not wheelchair accessible. The Main Bar level is wheelchair accessible.
All bathrooms at the Grace Darling Hotel are gender neutral (Located on the Atrium level (4 steps), and in the upstairs Band Room)
