Event description

Human population and its effect on quality of life, equality, extinctions, and climate change

In-person and zoom

Prof. Corey Bradshaw of Flinders University will show that slow-growing or declining populations do not compromise economic performance, productivity, or income equality. He will present evidence that increasing human populations worldwide compromise human health and well-being, while simultaneously eroding biodiversity and worsening the pace of climate change.. The presentation will be one hour then followed by QnA.

The venue is upstairs at The Duke of Brunswick Hotel, 207 Gilbert St, Adelaide 5000.  Free event, including nibbles after the talk. Get yourself a drink at pub prices downstairs before coming upstairs.

Brought to you by the SA/NT Branch of Sustainable Population Australia www.population.org.au

From 7.00pm to ~8.15pm the event will be available on the following Zoom link.
