We're pleased to partner with the Office of Small and Family Business and the Innovation Factory to deliver an exciting networking and interactive wellbeing masterclass.
HUMAN-ING IN BUSINESS - The Power of Connection, Collaboration, and Community
Running a business can be exhausting, stressful, and overwhelming; constantly juggling all the moving parts and carrying the mental load can mean we forget to prioritise our own needs, overlook our wellbeing, or don't take the time to nurture our human-ness.
In this creative, engaging, and super fun night of networking, you will connect with other business owners and explore ways to support your well-being and that of your team or employees whilst sharing, problem-solving and collectively finding answers to:
- The importance of embracing our humanness
- Things we do better together
- Living or working in isolation and the impacts of loneliness
- How to build a supportive community
- Using boundaries to protect your time and energy
- Practical skills to support your mental health and wellbeing
- Where to go to seek further help and resources.
These workshops are subsidised* from the Office of Small and Family Business.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
This program is designed and facilitated by Bel Ryan from Ignite Wellbeing Co. A highly experienced workshop facilitator and mental health clinician with over 20 years of experience Bel brings a unique combination of lived experience, trauma-informed practice, mental health training, art therapy, and counselling to her workshops.
