“A person is a person through other persons.
None of us comes into the world fully formed. We would not know how to think, or walk, or speak, or behave as human beings unless we learned it from other human beings. We need other human beings in order to be human. I am because other people are. A person is entitled to a stable community life, and the first of these communities is the family.”

🌱 Humanity. Elevated - Seeds of the New Earth. Featuring Gurmukh and Gurushabd, music by Pedro Vadhar

February 28 | 1pm - 6pm | Afternoon of Wisdom, Connection & Community

Join us at Gyan Khand for a heart-centered, volunteer-led, non-profit gathering rooted in connection and collective intention.

We will begin with grounding Qi Gong practice led by Demian, followed by teachings from Kundalini Yoga masters and community elders Gurmukh and Gurushabd, a community sharing circle, prayers by the fire, and live music by Pedro Vadhar with visiting musicians Simon and Denise from Germany. Facilitated by Rev Yana & Rob Kippel.

All proceeds will support:
• Roof repairs of our gathering space
• Materials for a bamboo greenhouse build in the Ik Balam community (free workshop March 1, 2026 – limited to first 20 participants)
