The Humans of Bambuddha are big-hearted inspirational people who believe in a sustainable world of equity and opportunity for all. The stories of the Humans of Bambuddha are really quite amazing and the time has come for us to shine a spotlight on the life, passion, and work of this Game Changing crew.

Each month we spotlight a handful of humans doing kind things in business, community, and across the globe and share stories insights, and connections that can help everyone amplify their voices and impact even further.

The event will take place on Thursday 15th September at 6:00 - 8:00 pm at The Working Kind Collective in Stanmore.

Siena Nisavic

Passionate about powerful stories of impact and change, Siena brings with her an extensive background in brand development, marketing strategy, and content production.

Currently, Siena creates emotionally charged content for organisations that wish to tell their stories of impact to the world, from visual storytelling, to podcast production and range of creative marketing material. 

Siena is passionate about the potential for businesses to create social impact and believes in a world where business CAN and SHOULD be used as a force for good. 

Jason Wong

Jason is a proven and passionate leader of people, successful in motivating, developing and inspiring others to exceed expectations. He has over 20 years of experience leading, coaching and mentoring professionals, managers and senior executives, after having had an initial career in the hospitality industry in customer-facing roles.  Jason has significant experience working with for-purpose and not-for-profit organisations, holding senior management and executive roles.

At Bambuddha, Jason is a Programs Facilitator and Leadership Coach, working with members of our kind community to embed kind leadership into everything that they do.  He also runs a technology strategy and leadership consultancy, coaching & mentoring tech professionals, leveraging his tech executive experience to develop tech leaders of the future.

Outside of work, Jason has always been active in volunteering roles across various community clubs and organisations.  His recent volunteer work has focussed on supporting school communities and education models of the future, as an active executive in his children's P&C association and the district council which represents P&Cs in the school's region.  He has established and facilitates a number of "Dads Groups", which aim to support fathers to have greater positive impact on their children's lives.

Chrisanta Muli 

Chrisanta is an impact-driven feminist pracademic (practitioner and academic) passionate about gender equality and social justice. She has over 15 years’ experience as a practitioner with iNGOs (Oxfam, Australia Red Cross, IWDA) and as a senior lecturer across a number of Universities in Australia (Monash University, University of Melbourne, RMIT, UNSW). Chrisanta is currently the CEO of One Girl Australia, an organisation whose mission to is to break down barriers that girls around the world face accessing quality education.
