Located at Gilgai Plains Primary School in the beautiful Cloverton Estate, Kalkallo, this local outdoor community market is on hard ground, marquees are permitted with the use of weights.  Unfortunately there isn't an option to have cars onsite, there is an unloading zone where you can park, unload your car, take your products to your allocated site and then move your car to one of the surrounding streets.

* Bump in is from 8am

* Stallholders are to line up on Sequoia Dr and only enter the carpark when directed to do so.

Terms & Conditions:

1. General merchandise Stall Price:  $30 casual 

2. All stallholders are required to supply own tables, marquees and weights, and chairs.

3. Stalls exceeding 3x3m the length will be charged at a rate to be determined by the operator.

4. Food or beverage of any type is by invitation only from the operator. [must comply with Food Act registration, Certificate of Trade is required].

5. Stallholder vehicles will be required to be moved to the designated parking area.

6. No pets such as puppies, dogs, kittens & cats can be sold at a Market: Local laws apply

7. The market is controlled by the operator "Hume Community Market" the person in control is the Market Co-ordinator, or his deputy for the time being.

8. Any dispute is to be directed to the Market Co-ordinator for resolution

9. The Market Coordinator has the sole discretion to remove any stall for non-compliance with general rules of admission

10. All stallholder rubbish including cardboard must be taken from the site.

11. The Market operating times are from 10am - 3pm. NO EARLY LEAVERS!!

12. All stalls must be off-site by 4:30  pm.

13. All stall merchandise must comply with Federal Trade Practises Act and must not contravene any copyright.

14. All contracts of sale are made between the purchaser and the seller and the Market Operator takes no responsibility for the product.

15. Any offense against any Federal, State or Local Law will be dealt with by the Police or Local authority

16. Lost property can be handed to the Market Co-ordinator.

17. Terms & Conditions can be negotiated with the market coordinator.

18. All stallholders are required to comply with the current COVID safe requirements ( Updates will be provided by the market co-ordinator)

 I  understand and acknowledge that if I am unable to attend any given market my payment is non-refundable. At the discretion of the market co-ordinator this payment may be carried over to another month.
