Over 6 weeks we’ll explore the art of body harmonics—using sound, song, and vibration to tune the biofield, regulate the nervous system, and awaken deep resonance.

Each week offers guided practices in:

Week 1 – Tuning In: Voice as Compass

• Explore the hum as the simplest, most direct tuning practice.

• Nervous system reset through humming & resonance.

• Closing sound medicine journey: “Coming Home.”

Week 2 – Sonic Flow: Breath, Tone & Biofield

• Discover how breath shapes sound & energy.

• Explore the biofield with sustained tones.

• Practice resonance “scanning” for self-healing.

• Sound journey: “The River of Breath.”

Week 3 – Body Resonance: Inner Instruments

• Explore how vibration moves through bones, chest, belly, skull.

• Body harmonics: tuning each region, a self-massage with sound.

• Sound journey: “Temple of the Body.”

Week 4 – Group Harmonics: The Choir of One Heart

• Practice simple group toning & harmonies.

• Feel resonance weaving between voices.

• Play with overtones, call-and-response, sonic weaving.

• Sound journey: “The Web of Connection.”

Week 5 – The Voice as Medicine

• Explore intuitive vocal play & emotional release.

• Sound as a tool for balancing & energizing.

• Sound journey: “The Medicine Within.”

Week 6 – Integration: Flight of the Hummingbird

• Weave together body + group harmonics.

• Guided practice for whole-body alignment.

• Celebration circle with shared soundscape.

• Sound journey: “Wings of Light.”
