    Event description

Art/Conflict is an unmissable three day series of talks bringing together artists, art workers, activists and academics to discuss – how do we (as individuals, collectives, societies) respond to conflict, crisis and colonisation through the arts? And how can our cultural and creative responses begin to heal us?

This event foregrounds the importance of creative work in producing imaginative, humorous, provocative and unpredictable responses to conflicts, both past and present. The global and the local come together in these series of talks.

    WHO WILL BE THERE?

An extensive range of artists, academics, advocates and more will present at Art/Conflict. The lineup includes speakers established in their fields, but is focused on speakers bringing fresh perspectives.
