Hunt for the Wilderpeople: A Te Henga Community fundraiser
Description
You’re invited to a special showing of Hunt for the Wilderpeople with dinner and music.
Community support for Alison Davis and her endurance and determination to beat cancer.
Alison and her whānau have been part of our community for nearly 40 years and in that time have worked tirelessly for the local environment, together planting thousands of native trees among many other contributions.
We aim to raise $15 000 to return the love, and support them now to help with the costs of her Australian-based cancer treatment.
Join us for a fabulous night, hearty soup, mussels and mulled wine under the stars, music by Te Manu, and a special showing of Hunt for the Wilderpeople, filmed at Wainamu and featuring the late, great Sam Neil.
Tickets $50 each via Humanitix, additional donations gratefully accepted.
