Hunter Island Whisky Tasting at The Barrel Collective

Hunter Island Whisky is coming to The Barrel Collective for an intimate evening of Tasmanian pot still whisky.

Made in Hobart in the Irish style, Hunter Island is distilled from malted and unmalted barley with a touch of oats, then triple distilled for a smooth spirit with plenty of character. The Hunter Island crew will guide you through six drams, starting with their poitin and working through five whiskies.
