    Event description

The YWCA of Hamilton, together with Melde and Huber Social, are doing a measurement project to better understand the needs and aspirations of young women/nonbinary people (16-35) in the Waikato. The aim is to find better ways to support the wellbeing of the people within this demographic. The results will be shared with the wider community for maximum impact. We will be taking a mana enhancing, strengths-based, and co-constructed approach to ensure that rights things are measured.

So where do you come in?

We want to hear from those who work with/support the demographic of young women/nonbinary people! As such, we invite you to come along to our upcoming two-hour session (May 31st, 6pm-8pm at the Friendship House Huntly Community Charitable Trust) to find out more about the project and share your thoughts – kai will be provided!
