Huon 2023 (Grades 9-12 in 2023)
Event description
Experience the thrill and excitement of white water kayaking in the Tasmanian wilderness, develop deep relationships, and explore who you are and who God is. No previous experience necessary.
Led on the river by a team of nationally certified kayaking instructors, join us as we embark on a series of river trips, returning each evening to our bush camp on the banks of the Huon River where our camp cooks will have prepared a hearty warm meal to share together.
Each day has plenty of opportunity to make new friends and know your existing friends better. We will take time to explore the deeper issues of life, who God is and what guidance Jesus can offer.
Come and join us, we'd love to have you there.
PAYMENT: please note that in order to register for camp, payment must be made at the time of registration. We do not want the cost of camp to be a barrier for anyone to attend. If you are unable to make full payment at the time of registration (for any reason), please contact us immediately at camping@anglicantas.org.au and we will respond to discuss payment options.
COVID-19: Our camp will be following government regulations that are current at the time of camp. While at this time there are few regulations, we are aware that things could change, and ask that you are prepared for that. If necessary, more updated information will be provided prior to camp to those who are registered.
