HVFLPA & Newcastle Chambers CLE: Connecting Evidence of Family Violence to Property Outcomes

HVFLPA and Newcastle Chambers presents a CLE and networking event.

Dana McMullen and Ashley Stevens will present a refresher on drafting meaningful evidence of family violence in property proceedings, including tips on how to link the family violence to the relevant s 79/90SM factors.

Following the presentation, drinks and light refreshments will be served from 5 - 6pm.
