Grab ya mates, bring ya dog and start your weekend off with a bang. Join the Fitness All Together & Outdoors Society communities for a Hybrid Run & HIIT class around Takapuna Beach.
Expect a broken up 5km run that will also consist of 3 workout stations where the @fitnessalltogether team will get the lower, upper and core firing as we trot around Takapuna. Cross the finish line, then hang out and refuel by All Good.
