Hydration x Vibration is an immersive event centered around supporting the lymph-skin connection. A morning focused on bridging the gap between our inner and outer worlds through guided self-message, gentle movement techniques, small bites, and beverages to summon a more embodied skin health routine.

Notes on the agenda– Skincare will be provided for the guided massage portion and participation is optional. The movement segment will not require workout attire, so come styled as you please. Tegan will be giving a short talk followed by a Q&A while tea and bites are served, kindly list any allergies ahead of time for your safety and preferences.
