    Event description

People are invited from all industry verticals to share in a Chatham house rules environment about what has gone wrong, what is working well and why.

This is the first workshop in a two part series that seeks to tap into the real status of industry progressing towards commercially deployable green hydrogen solutions that contribute to our economy. This information will inform our working groups and develop a white paper available to industry.

Looking back on the last 2 years in the Australian hydrogen industry there have been a lot of big promises (by project developers and equipment OEMs) but little to show for it.

    Why is this the case?

Is the technology commercially ready and, if so, at what scale should we realistically be looking to deploy it?

Is it due to overly ambitious project developers unable to reach financial close, a lack of reliable hydrogen equipment, a failure of government policy and/or regulatory support, or all the above?

Come along, share a beverage and a conversation on:

What has been your experience in the hydrogen industry over the last two years?

    What have you learnt?

Please share amongst your networks, we look forward to some engaging conversations.

    When: Thursday 20th April

Where: The Precinct, Fortitude Valley is located inside TC Beirne Building on Level 1

    Time: 4pm arrival for 4.30pm – 6.30pm Workshop | Networking drinks and canapés 6.30pm – 8pm.
