If you and your birth partner would like to feel calm, confident and prepared for a positive, informed and empowering birth, this class is for you!
The Hypnobirthing Australia Positive Birth Program is an engaging, interactive and enjoyable birth preparation program, combining evidence-based birth education and practical tools and techniques to support you through a positive and empowered pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum.
Your class will be presented by Michelle Daga, a nationally-accredited and fiercely passionate childbirth educator, doula, postpartum nutritionist and homebirth mama.
During the 2-day Positive Birth Program for expectant parents, you will learn:
- natural comfort measures for labour and birth
- upright and active labour and birth positions
- hands-on birth partner support techniques including affirmations, massage and accupressure
- relaxation tools including breathwork and visualisation
- independent and engaging birth education
- understanding birth physiology, anatomy and how birth works
- nurturing the hormones of labour for an easier, faster birth
- creating a birth map (not a one way plan)
- knowing your rights and options
- learning how to confidently self advocate for your wishes
- real life gentle birth videos from other Hypnobirthing Australia parents
- and lots of fun!
You will also receive an official Hypnobirthing Australia Parent Workbook, self hypnosis audio tracks, and exclusive access to bonus online resources to support your practice at home, valued at $350+!
