As the crystal singing bowls create waves of soothing vibration, Reiki will support energetic balance, while guided hypnosis invites your subconscious into a state of openness and renewal.

Together, these modalities work in harmony to clear blockages, release tension, and awaken a sense of peace, clarity, and flow.

What to expect:

• Gentle hypnosis for relaxation and positive transformation

• A deeply nourishing Sound bath with frequencies of crystal singing bowls

• Reiki for healing & energetic alignment

• A peaceful, supportive atmosphere

✨ What to Bring:

• Anything for extra comfort e.g body pillow or pillow for under the knees

• A blanket for warmth and coziness

• An eye mask (optional)

• An open heart and a willingness to receive healing

Please arrive 5 minutes early to preserve the sacred space and ensure everyone's experience is uninterrupted. When you arrive head straight upstairs to the event space.
