About Julia:

Julia is an experienced yoga, pilates, breathwork, and hypopressives teacher with over ten years of expertise. She specializes in pre and postpartum exercise, childbirth education, and core rehabilitation techniques.

Before having children, Julia balanced a career as a Civil Engineer with her passion for the fitness industry, helping clients improve their performance both in daily life and athletic pursuits. Her engineering background gives her a unique understanding of biomechanics and structural integrity, principles she applies to teaching hypopressive techniques for optimal results.

Having children opened her eyes to the significant gaps in support for new and seasoned parents. Finding that most readily available services were inadequate, she committed to becoming part of the solution. Julia now supports clients through specialised movement and breathing techniques, with hypopressives forming a cornerstone of her approach to core and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Her expertise in hypopressives offers a new approach to strengthening the deep core systems through precise postural alignment and specialised breathing patterns, creating transformative results that conventional exercises often can't achieve. Julia is passionate about making this powerful European technique accessible to everyone looking to strengthen their core from the inside out, whether you're an athlete seeking performance improvements or simply wanting better postural support in everyday life.
