Before having children, Julia balanced a career as a Civil Engineer with her passion for the fitness industry, helping clients improve their performance both in daily life and athletic pursuits. Her engineering background gives her a unique understanding of biomechanics and structural integrity—principles she applies to teaching hypopressive techniques for optimal results.

Having children opened her eyes to the significant gaps in support for new and seasoned parents. Finding that most readily available services were inadequate, she committed to becoming part of the solution.
