The gruelling HYROX competition is coming to Sydney this July, and we want to get you there looking and feeling your best, ready to compete! If you haven’t heard of HYROX, it is the ultimate fitness challenge, designed to test participants’ strength and endurance through a series of functional exercises.

Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or venturing into HYROX for the first time, our program will equip you with the tools and training you need to excel.

THE DETAILS:

Duration: 8 weeks | From 6th May to 26th June

Classes: Choose from Wednesday 6am or Friday 6pm

Location: One Playground Newtown

Price: $200

You will also receive an 8-week HYROX training program to follow outside of the scheduled sessions, so you're sure to feel and perform your best on race day!

THE PROGRAM

Leading the charge is Jay Haydock. Jay brings a wealth of experience, having completed HYROX seven times, in the solo and doubles divisions. His expertise and firsthand knowledge of the competition, as well as being part of the HYROX team, make him the perfect guide for your HYROX journey.

Jay has created a comprehensive 8-week program tailored specifically for HYROX preparation. In each class, your trainer will focus on honing your strength, endurance, and technique, ensuring you’re primed and ready to tackle the challenges of HYROX with confidence.
