- A guided walkthrough of the upcoming 8 WEEK HYROX PROGRAM (access through HYPERION+ APP - launches 12th of May) ,

- Luke will be discussing all things training, racing and preparing for Hyrox Sydney.

- There will be a HYROX specific training session coached by Luke after the workshop.

- All levels are welcome to come along!

- Even if you aren't doing HYROX and are interested in learning something new we would love to see you there!
