I am excited you will be participating in our I AM Embodiment Meditations on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays 8 am PT, 9 am MT, 10 am CT, and 11 am ET.

Preparation:

Put this meeting on your calendar with alarms.
It is best not to eat a large meal within an hour beforehand, but some fruit can actually enhance the experience.
Be well hydrated.

Please join us 5 minutes before the hour so we can get acquainted and start on time.
Sorry, latecomers will not be admitted.

Please be in a private, quiet space.
Be sitting in a chair or in Lotus cross-legged position.
Turn on your video and have it pointed so we can see the upper half of your body or more.

After the meditation there will be some time for sharing for those who would like to stay a few minutes longer.
