In this workshop I will be teaching mindfulness techniques and yoga sharing everyday wellness practices as tools for life. We will be focusing on Positive Self Talk an Affirmations.

The the workshop will include

Letting go techniques - chuck your junk
Breath work
Working with loving gentle clearing crystals
Positive affirmations
60 minute yoga practice with heart opening poses and a short compassionate meditation
Practicing Positive Self Talk
Make your own Affirmation stones
Lucky Dip

This workshop is specifically designed for pre-teens 9 - 12 to help them overcome negative self-image and the harmful stories they tell themselves and find a strong sense of self.

Don’t forget to wear comfy clothes for yoga, a water bottle and light blanket for relaxation.
