I am HER 🌹✨ is a night for you to reconnect and reclaim all of these parts of you!

As women, we often feel like we are never going to be enough, that there’s something wrong with us or always something to fix and change. We constantly compare ourselves, thinking all other women have it better and easier than we do.

I am HER 🌹✨ is a space for you to remember that we are a collective. That all of us as women, are navigating such similar journeys, yet feeling isolated and alone in our struggles.

We don’t have to do this alone! We get to come together in sacred space, share and connect, nourishing and filling our cups up together, in sisterhood and safety.

This evening is a gentle evening of consent and boundaries, nervous system regulation, finding safety through somatics, embodiment practises and sacred temple play.

What does that look like?

So many of us don’t know how to speak what we truly desire. Or simply how to say yes and no from a place of deep truth. In exploring consent and boundaries, we will begin to understand in a deeper and more embodied way how this truly feels for us. What happens in our bodies when we say yes but feel a no, and when we say no but feel a yes. Through group activities, we will explore this and get to know ourselves a little deeper, feeling more sure in our own yes’s and no’s.

Our nervous system plays a crucial role in how we perceive our environment and what happens in our bodies if we don’t feel safe. Through understanding our nervous system, our trauma responses, and how we can react in our everyday life, we can learn to better understand and support ourselves through somatics and self-resourcing, navigating life with more gentleness and ease. Learning how to feel safe in our bodies again also allows to open more to our pleasure and intimacy.

Embodiment practices are a powerful way to drop out of our busy and noisy minds and into our bodies. The more we are able to do this, the more we deepen our connection with our bodies, the more we can be in our fullest and wildest expression as an empowered, sexy woman!

Sacred temple play is where we get to put all of our learnings from the night into practise! We get to take each other on beautiful journeys of gifting and receiving, while using our empowered yes’s and no’s to ask for what we want and adjust what we don’t want. Through play and exploration, we get an opportunity to really embody a deeper understanding of our desires, while also going home feeling loved up and delicious from our sisters!
