Nothing out of your comfort zone - Honouring you.
Honouring yourself and where you're at - listening to your body - is one of the essential teachings of this work. You are learning to listen to your own guidance. So there is never any pressure to do anything in the space - even sharing. If you prefer to, you can just sit and soak up the evenings. We will occasionally offer embodiment practices - things like practicing presence with another - or moving energy etc...Some people benefit greatly from the hands on practice - others benefit from watching and just feeling what's going on within them.

Natasha Kelly
Natasha is a Sacred Intimacy Counsellor/Educator and Conscious Dreamer (Law of Attraction Teacher and Student). She first discovered the ancient teachings of Tantra & Taoism in her 20's and it formed the basis of her spiritual path. She has worked with many singles and couples and witnessed first hand the transformative power of these teachings.
Natasha'a greatest joy is facilitating others to experience deeper aspects of life: connection, joy and magic and this work is a powerful doorway into these realms
