Event description

Join us to hear Alex Noble's inspiring story first-hand.

Alex was a young talented sportsman when at the young age of sixteen, he sustained a rugby injury, resulting in a four-day coma and C4 quadriplegia. Alex's first words to his brother were "If I fight, you fight". These words soon became not only Alex's mantra but also that of his family, friends and community.

Since then Alex has been determined to regain control over his body and defy his diagnosis. From relearning how to breathe and move, Alex has gone on to travel the world, start his own business, skydive, and write his memoir, I fight, you fight.

Alex’s story is about mastering the mind, finding happiness, and taking risks to achieve goals, no matter how big. I fight, you fight is not only a memoir but a philosophy for finding happiness and reaching your true potential.

This free event is on World Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Day, an initiative of the International Spinal Cord Society (ISCoS) to build awareness and promote the inclusion of disability throughout the world.

Drinks and nibbles will be served.

I fight, you fight will be available for purchase on the night or can be purchased now from the Royal Rehab Foundation shop
